To support the transition from specialized care to inpatient units at Hassenfeld Children’s Hospital, this outpatient cardiology space was moved to a more prominent, public-facing space across the street on first avenue. Designed with patients, families, and staff in mind the updated design is on-brand, welcoming, and familiar, catering to patients ranging from infants to young adults. It's design balances sophistication with a child-friendly atmosphere.

As part of the renovation, the existing communicating stair was relocated to a more central position to improve both the flow and accessibility of the space.
